Fire Rebuild

A look back at a complete home rebuild we performed on a single family residence after a fire gutted the attic.
The residence was originally built in the early 1900's, we believe 1918 from available information.
The home had been added onto and remodeled several times over the years which made reuse of much of the internal framing and walls difficult. It was decided to gut and rebuild everything but the exterior walls.
What the owner ended up with was their dream home.
